Got Some Trades?
Here's the lowdown:
-We can process one tote or two standard grocery bags worth of clothing at one time.
-Just looking to donate? You are welcome to drop off gently loved items anytime we're open without waiting around! Just let us know at the counter that it’s a straight donation. (Please note: items dropped off as donations are hassle-free but are not eligible for cash or store credit).
-Shoes, toys, and accessories (anything besides clothing) do not have an item limit .
-Items must be freshly laundered
-Items may not have holes/stains
-Clothing should be current or on-trend vintage! (We love retro styles, but please leave the outdated or homemade items at home.)
-Items must be folded or laid flat in a tote/reusable shopping bag! (NO garbage bags please)
-Items we are unable to accept will be returned to you, or with your permission, we can gladly donate them to our community partners
-We offer trade credit for all the items we take in on trade! SELECT ITEMS may qualify for cash payouts.
-We accept trades until 4:30pm everyday!
-We accept all seasons and holiday apparel all the time

-We LOVE strollers, pack and plays, high chairs, jumpers, toys, and gear!
-Clothing sets put together have a higher resale value
We do not take:
-Clothing in garbage bags
-Items with missing pieces
-Expired/recalled items
-Formula
-Opened bottles/pacifiers
- Used breast pumps
-Used socks/underwear
-Used potty seats (unless completely sanitized)
-Items missing batteries
-Unwashed/dirty items
-Items with strong odors
